"Ann Giordano is more biting with pictures of dogs barking. A more sedate instance of barking is titled "Integrity," but a fang-baring one is "Passion." Horses are several and varied, too. Partial views of horses, besides Mr. Carter's Appaloosa, include a chocolate brown horse with a pure white diamond on its forehead standing in a brown field, painted by Ms. Giordano."
